Welcome to Week 1 Day 4 from your April/May 2022 Spring Sweat Challenge workout calendar! For this HIIT style workout we will be focusing on unilateral (single leg or single arm) exercises. Get ready to get your blood pumping, get sweaty, strengthen, and rev up your metabolism in just a short amount of time! The equipment suggested for this workout is a light set of dumbbells (between 3lbs-5lbs) and a medium set dumbbells (between 8lbs-12lbs). The weights you use may vary. Always use weights that work best for you and your fitness level!
