This low impact (no jumping) full body strength workout will have you sweating and feeling challenged in no time. The equipment suggested for this workout is a light set of dumbbells (between 3lbs-5lbs) and a medium set of dumbbells (between 8lbs-12lbs). The weights you use may vary. Always use weights that work best for you and your fitness level!
Heads up! From approximately minute 3.15 to minute 9.15 the mic quality became fuzzy and muffled. If you listen to my workouts through headphones, turn your volume down during those 6 minutes. I did my best to do audio correction and cut sound as much as possible. Gotta love technology sometimes!
