Welcome to Week 7 Day 4 from your April/May 2022 Spring Sweat Challenge workout calendar! We are resurfacing an oldie for today's workout. Strengthen, tone, and feel the burn with this upper body workout! The equipment suggested for this workout is a light-medium set of dumbbells (between 5lbs-10lbs) and a medium-heavy set of dumbbells (between 12lbs-15lbs). The weights you use may vary. Always use weights that work best for you and your fitness level!
