Welcome to Week 5 Day 1 from your April/May 2022 Spring Sweat Challenge workout calendar! This low impact (no jumping) full body strengthening workout will have you feeling the burn in no time. The equipment suggested for this workout is a light set of dumbbells (between 5lbs-8lbs) and a medium set of dumbbells (between 8lbs-12lbs). The weights you use may vary. Always use weights that work best for you and your fitness level!
