Welcome to Week 4 Day 3 from your April/May 2022 Spring Sweat Challenge workout calendar! We are resurfacing an oldie (but a goodie) classic leg day workout. Get ready to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes with this classic leg day workout! The equipment suggested for this workout is a medium set of dumbbells (between 8lbs-12lbs), a heavy set of dumbbells (between 15lbs-25lbs), and a chair or some sort of safe elevation for your upper back to rest on. The weights you use may vary. Always use weights that work best for you and your fitness level!
NOTE: Skip the stretch at the end if you are following the SSC 2022 calendar and doing the cardio of choice after this workout. If you are skipping the cardio option, stick around for the stretch!
