Welcome to Week 4 Day 4 from your April/May 2022 Spring Sweat Challenge workout calendar! We are resurfacing an oldie for today's workout. This workout focuses on strengthening the upper body muscles. We will start off with the biceps and triceps, transition into shoulders, then finish off with the chest and back muscles. You'll be feeling the burn in no time! The equipment suggested for this workout is a medium set of dumbbells (between 8lbs-12lbs) and a heavy set of dumbbells (between 15lbs-20lbs). The weights you use may vary. Always use weights that work best for you and your fitness level!
