This upper body superset workout will help strengthen and tone your upper body muscles. A superset is when you do two exercises back to back with minimal to no rest between. Supersets can work the same muscle groups or opposing muscle groups. We will be doing a mix of both in this workout. You'll be feeling the burn in no time! The equipment suggested for this workout is a set of medium dumbbells (between 8lbs-12lbs) and a set of heavy dumbbells (between 15lbs-30lbs). The weights you use may vary.
