Welcome to Week 4 Day 5 from your Strong January 2022 Challenge workout calendar. For this upper body workout we will be focusing on the push muscles (chest, shoulders, triceps) and finish off with some core. Strengthen, tone, and feel the burn with this superset style workout! The equipment suggested for this workout is a medium set of dumbbells (between 8lbs-12lbs) and heavy set of dumbbells (between 15lbs-20lbs). The weights you use may vary. Always use weights that work best for you and your fitness level!
